Justyna Pindel

My bread and butter is designing a sustainable and healthy company culture, where people can give their best. The rest then follows naturally.

Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working with both startups and enterprises, and have helped bring digital products and services to life. My various roles have included Marketing Manager, Startup Founder, Product Manager, Agile Coach, Lecturer, Trainer, and Consultant, among others.

These experiences have enriched my empathy and provided a systemic approach to working across various organizations and business domains. I understood that every product or service we create begins and ends with people.

My passion lies in studying human behavior and finding holistic methods to help companies build environments where everyone can thrive. Caring for the well-being of employees is not a luxury—it’s essential for creating outstanding products and driving business success.

In my work, I integrate all of my passions. I combine domain knowledge and diverse work experiences with neuroscience, agile, principles of accelerated learning, coaching practices, facilitation skills, burnout prevention strategies, and expertise in sports and movement.

If you had told me 20 years ago that by the age of 30, I would have written a book, earned an Executive MBA, worked across various continents, organized international conferences, hosted a podcast, and seized incredible learning opportunities, I wouldn’t have believed it. But it all happened because I:

dared to leave places where I wasn’t happy
learned that failure is part of the journey
recognized when to stop after hitting the glass ceiling
found joy in my work
overcame the fear of trying
committed to continuous learning and improvement

Getting unstuck sessions

It’s easy to get stuck in an infinite loop as a leader and as a team.

Sometimes, we keep doing the same things and get frustrated that trying harder doesn’t make any difference. That is where I shine. I come with an open mind to learn about your context and design a session to help you move forward ASAP.

Sometimes, I work with leaders (because believe me, being at the top is very lonely). Sometimes I come to the entire company for a period of time to shake up their world.

Burnout prevention (consulting & coaching)

I help companies create their internal policies aimed at employee well-being and addressing burnout. Based on my audit at your company, together with your team members, I:

Design a framework and processes to make your company sustainable, prevent burnout, build in resilience or enable employee re-integration
Coach HR managers and/ or leaders on how to support employees struggling with burnout and create a healthy work culture where everyone can reach their full potential – which in the long term equates to the success of the company
Set up monitoring systems to help you detect burnout syndromes on time and ensure a sustainable work environment.
