I mean it.

After almost 10 years of working in IT, I believe 100% that to build outstanding products, we need to put human beings first.

KPIs, cycle time, retention rate, conversion rate, SLAs, NPS, MRR CLTV, CLV, CPR, and so on🤦‍♀️. We can have as many metrics as we want. We can be as data-driven as we wish. . . but if we don’t understand that each Product starts with People, we won’t get far🙃🫠.
