Understand where we are (aka assessment)
One size does not fit all. That’s where I come in and first learn from you to understand your current context, learn about your needs and aspirations, and identify possible improvements. As a result, I’m challenged to provide you with the best customized service. How cool is that?

Deliver together (aka collaborate)
Forgive me, but I won’t do all the hard work alone. As with coaching, consulting or simply getting things done, I also need your involvement. Believe me, I can get the desired results, but here it is all about you. Together we’ll decide the nature of my commitment:
- am I needed on a full-time assignment? No problem.
- do you need a thoughtful starting partner for a 1:1 session? My pleasure.
- does your team need ad hoc support or training? Could not be more excited to meet them all.
- are you seeking an outsider to asses your organization’s culture, state of agility, or burnout risks? Then I’m your person.

Transfer the autonomy (aka empowerment)
There is always plenty of work to do and challenges to solve. Therefore, I don’t need to keep nailing it in the same spot.
My ultimate goal is to empower individuals, teams, or organizations to become self-sufficient so I can move to other exciting problems you have. I’m not the coach, manager, or consultant who creates “together-forever” co-dependency and keeps solving the same problem for years. My success criteria is to ensure that if I get run over by a bus tomorrow, you can just run the business as usual.
